Too Little, Too Much Sleep Linked To Premature Death

There is fresh news with regards to a little sleep and too much sleep that could lead to early death based from the new study which is participated by 1.3 million worldwide. It has been noted that a sleep must be 6-8 hours daily.
Professor Francesco Cappuccio, head of the Sleep, Health and Society Programme of the University of Warwick, with his team found out that sleeping below 6 hours will result to a more premature or earlier death than those sleeping the recommended hours.

On the other reason, sleeping more than nine hours daily will also be a result of increased risk in death. This is also according to their study.
